Şerife Aksoy, who aims to create a self-sufficient lifestyle with fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and sources of protein that she
has grown and produced in her own garden, introduces the audience in her brand new show to the sustainable life she has built for herself.
She makes full use of every single component of the produce, from leaves to roots, and presents unique recipes in the episodes that are named after the produce they feature. She makes note of eating fruit and vegetables in season, and makes use of ancestral techniques of preserving the excess.
