Farah (Demet Ozdemir) is a successful student in Iran’s leading medical faculty at Ahvaz Jundishapur University.  She is pointed as a bright future surgeon… But the fate has its own path… She has to abandon her country with an unborn baby, after her family paid a ruthless price for an unrequited love of a man.

After 7 years of this big run away, this bright futured surgeon Farah, becomes a cleaning lady who tries to maintain the treatment of her son by providing him a world without any germs. His son who has been born with a “Bubble Boy Disease”, has to live in a sterilized room and can only leave the house for a couple of hours in a week with a special costume. Without these conditions, his health can go bad in blink of an eye. 

One night while cleaning, Farah witnesses a mafia murder. She begs to the hitman Tahir (Engin Akyurek) to let her go and in order to save herself from being shot, she cleans the whole crime scene.
