Tom’s Istanbul Delights is a 6-part series that follows British chef Tom Aikens on a culinary adventure in Istanbul. Having opened one of his restaurants in the city,
Tom knows he needs to understand its cultural recipe, so he sets out to discover the best ingredients, explore new tastes and flavours, and learn about the traditions and food culture of this ancient city.
Along the way, he is joined by local companions who guide him through the experience. Drawing on everything he learns and the inspiration he gathers, Tom returns to his kitchen in Istanbul to create his own recipes.
