Adapted from the hit Japanese drama of the same name, Woman follows Bahar, a young widow struggling to survive with her two young children, Nisan and Doruk. Abandoned by her mother at a young age and later losing her grandparents, Bahar finally finds happiness when she falls deeply in love with Sarp. But her world collapses once again when Sarp dies, leaving her alone to raise her children in poverty. With nothing but love and hope to hold on to, Bahar turns life into a game and pain into strength for the sake of her children. Just as she begins to fight for her own life while searching for a bone marrow transplant, her long-lost mother suddenly returns. At the same time, Bahar makes a shocking discovery: Sarp is not dead after all, he is alive, living under another identity, married to another woman, and raising twins.
