Happiness follows Kumsal, who grew up without a mother and under the control of a strict father and his new wife. Still carrying the pain of being abandoned, Kumsal dreams of escaping her wealthy but joyless life. While her father insists she study architecture in Izmir, she secretly applies to a university in Istanbul, determined to build her own future.
