Salted love

Derin, the granddaughter of one of Istanbul’s wealthy families, dreams of getting married and starting a family, but despite her long-term relationship, the wedding she has been waiting for never seems to happen. Meanwhile, Mehmet returns to Türkiye after years abroad, with his family hoping he will finally settle down and start a new life. When Mehmet’s brother Murat prepares to marry Elit, tensions from the past between Derin and Elit’s family resurface, bringing Derin and Mehmet into the same world. As family expectations, old resentments, secrets and misunderstandings come into play, their lives begin to take an unexpected turn.
